About Me

With a background in professional dance, I have always been passionate about movement and working with the human body to achieve individual goals.

I qualified as a physiotherapist from King’s College London in 2019 and have worked in a variety of different areas since then including musculoskeletal outpatients and paediatrics, continuing to work part-time in the NHS. During maternity leave we relocated to Cheshire to find a better balance for our young family.

I have over 10-years experience teaching Pilates, whether it be for general strengthening and flexibility, injury management and prevention, post-operative, or muscle imbalance.

I treat all musculoskeletal injuries and conditions in both adults and children. My aim is to keep you moving and get you back to or keep you doing the things that you enjoy.

I have always used pilates as a complimentary form of strengthening and am passionate about making it accessible to as many people as possible.

I completed my matwork training with STOTT pilates, and then moved to complete my equipment courses (to include reformer, cadillac and split pedal chair) with APPI to reflect my passion for the physio-led approach. I tailor all classes to your specific needs and abilities and strive to work with you to find the right balance. I currently offer 1:1 or 2:1 classes in your home or small group sessions.

I look forward to helping you move to reach your true potential.
